What you'll do
- Receive learner inquiries, advise on the A1-B2 path, and suitable class schedules.
- Care for prospects via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and internal channels.
- Track the enrollment pipeline and align with marketing and training.
What we look for
- Strong communication, customer-care mindset, and adaptability.
- Experience in education, study abroad, language, or telesales is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets, or data tools is a plus.
